Abdulmajeed has been involved in financial advisory assignments for numerous entities in both the private and public sectors. He has been working with PwC, MEFIC, Aseer Holding, and Public Telecom Co. for more than 20 years. He also has membership in the following organizations:

• Institute of Financial Accountants of U.K.
• Institute of Public Accountants of Australia.
• Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers –Business Valuation.
• Saudi Authority of Accredited Valuers –Machinery and Equipment.
• Capital Market Authority –CME1.

Bashar Daraghmeh

Valuation Services Director

Bashar has a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting with over 35 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He started his career with PwC and worked with other leading international financial advisory firms. He worked also as the head of business valuation division at the Saudi Assets Valuation Company (TATHMEN) for over 12 years. His portfolio includes various national and multinational companies within several industries.

Gamal Eldaly

Tax & Zakat Services Director

Gamal has a Master’s degree in accounting with over 36 years of experience in Tax & Zakat field. He served as General Manager of Tax Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and participated in introducing Value Added Tax to several countries. He also prepared and published a number of research papers on Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax. With such experience in Tax & Zakat laws, Gamal was able to contribute to clients’ needs on saving/reducing Tax & Zakat payments and obligations.

Elsmani Abbiker

Consulting Services Director

Elsamni has a Master’s degree in Economy with over 26 years of experience. He started his career with PwC and worked with other leading international financial advisory firms. He worked also as the head of business Development at Sudatel. His portfolio includes various national and multinational companies within several industries.

Mohammed has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with over 18 years of experience in the audit field. He started his career with PFK in internal and external audit services. Mohammed is a CPA and has experience in several industries including Insurance, Hospitality, Healthcare, Automotive, Manufacturing, Education, and other sectors.

Ahmad has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with over 14 years of experience in the audit and Judicial Accounting services field. He started his career with EY in external audit and Judicial Accounting services. Ahmad has experience in several industries in different courts including Commerce and General Court disputes.

Abdulhaleem Alshareef

Abdulhaleem is leading a team responsible for ensuring that the quality of work and relations between clients and service lines is effective and moving towards satisfying client’s needs. Abdulhaleem served for more than 15 years in SABB bank in customer care, complain management, and marketing divisions.
