In 2014, Finexpertiza joined the Corporate Forum of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), an independent association comprising the largest international networks of auditing firms. Senior Business Development Manager – Audit & Legal Affairs Department Abdulhaleem Al-Sharif leads a team responsible for ensuring work quality and strengthening the client-service line relationship efficiently, meeting client needs and enhancing their experience. He has over 15 years of experience at SABB Bank, working in customer care, complaints management, and marketing departments.

Senior Business Development Manager – Advisory & Consulting Division Mahmoud Al-Mahmoud has participated in providing financial consulting to a wide range of entities in both the public and private sectors. He has over 18 years of experience working with multinational companies and one of the Big Four firms. He also holds the Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) designation from Canada.

Bashar Daraghmeh
Valuation Services Director
Bashar has a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting with over 35 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He started his career with PwC and worked with other leading international financial advisory firms. He worked also as the head of business valuation division at the Saudi Assets Valuation Company (TATHMEN) for over 12 years. His portfolio includes various national and multinational companies within several industries.

Ahmed Atef
Financial Advisory Director Ahmed Atef is our Financial Advisory Director with over five years of experience in banking and finance. He leads the Financial Advisory division, providing strategic guidance and financial valuation support to our clients’ teams. Ahmed oversees projects, manages client relationships, and ensures the accuracy and quality of financial analyses and reports. In addition, he supports senior management in external and regulatory reviews, supervises team performance, implements financial best practices, and contributes to strategic decision-making aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and delivering the best results for our clients.

Ibrahim Gamal
Senior Valuation Services Manager Ibrahim has executive experience in practical and professional valuation according to international standards. He has contributed to multiple valuation reports for purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and various commercial, industrial, and service sectors. He has evaluated intangible assets, conducted due diligence, and developed integrated planning for M&A operations. He is an associate member (Business Valuation) at the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM), a certified member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and holds CME1 from the Saudi Capital Market Authority.

Osama Shaaban
Senior Audit Services Manager Osama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and brings over 21 years of experience in the field of auditing. He began his career with PKF, specializing in both internal and external audit services. Over the years, Osama has developed extensive expertise across diverse industries, including construction, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, education, and more. He has also worked with international financial consulting firms, and his portfolio includes numerous national companies across multiple sectors.

Ahmad Fathi
Legal Services Senior Manager Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has more than 14 years of experience in auditing and forensic accounting. He began his career with EY in external audit and forensic accounting services and has experience in various industries across different courts, including commercial disputes and general courts.

Awad Mohamed
Senior Manager – Audit and IFRS Department Awad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cost and Management Accounting from Sudan and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the United States. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, and has advanced valuation certifications from the International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Additionally, he completed the IVS 2017 course offered by BVR in collaboration with iiBV under the supervision of John Bolton.

Marwan Elbahairy
Tax & Zakat Services Director Marwan Al-Buhairi holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and has over 36 years of experience in taxation and zakat. He served as Director General of Tax Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and participated in implementing VAT in several countries. He has authored numerous studies on taxation, VAT, and withholding tax, helping clients achieve savings and reduce tax and zakat liabilities.
